Youth Fall Sports (ages 5-15)
FALL SPORTS: SOCCER, FLAG FOOTBALL AND CHEER (AGES 5-15)

Practices begin Sept. 23
Games, Oct. 5-Dec. 7
Teams practice one day a week. Practice times are at 4-5 p.m. or 5-6 p.m.
Games will be played at Carney Park. No games on U.S. holidays or long weekends.
Soccer and Flag Football Mandatory Assessments (Players ages 9-15)
Players ages 9-15 must attend a mandatory assessment on Saturday, Sept. 14, 9 a.m. at Carney Park;
Soccer Field 4
Flag Football Field 3
Players who miss the scheduled assessment have no guarantee of a spot in the season’s league. Make up assessments scheduling is not guaranteed. There will be no refunds provided after assessments are completed with the exception of a medical condition. Newly PCSed families must show proof of orders.
Parent Meet and Greet
A required parent meeting will be held at the Youth Center, Support Site at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept 19 or Friday, Sept. 20 (attend one day).

HOW TO REGISTER
In order to register a youth participant, a parent/guardian in the household must complete the following steps:
1) Registration forms: Download and complete the Youth Sports and Fitness forms. Registration must be typed
IMPORTANT: If your child participated in a NSA Naples Youth Sports league (same year as sport interested in), the Youth Sports Supplemental Form is the only form required.
2) Training: One parent/guardian must complete the Parents Association for Youth Sports (PAYS) on-line training at https://www.nays.org. Training has a validity of one year.
3) Email: Scan and submit typed registration forms and valid PAYS on-line training completion certificate to NaplesYSF@us.navy.mil
4) Payment: Once registration forms and PAYS certificate are received, reviewed and accepted by Naples Youth Sports, parent/guardian will receive an email with online payment instructions.
IMPORTANT: Payment must be made at the time you receive the Youth Sports acceptance email for a spot to be held for your child.
5) Deadline: Make sure you register by the deadline date.
