Fit Zone Indoor Pool - Capodichino
MWR Aquatics held training for its lifeguards staff at the end of Jan. 2025. The proactive prevention and education training hones lifeguarding skills to ensure patrons stay safe in our pools and facilities. One portion of the training allowed lifeguards to refine their CPR techniques for both adults and infants to ensure they provide the highest standard of safety and care.

The Capodichino Fit Zone pool, located within the Capo Fit Zone gym complex, is an indoor, 25-meter, 6-lane heated pool with a separate Jacuzzi. (You must be at least 15 years old to enter the Jacuzzi).
The Capo Fit Zone pool offers a variety of year-round programs including lap swim, Command PT, group and private swim lessons, stroke refinement clinics, water fitness classes, recreational swimming and special events.

Thunderstorm and Lightning policy
During this stormy weather period, we want to remind you of the NSA Naples Aquatics Thunderstorm and Lightning Policy: To ensure the safety of swimmers and Aquatics staff, when thunder is heard or lightning is seen, the indoor pool will be cleared and closed. Patrons will be kept away from the water and will wait in locker rooms. Patrons cannot use the showers or their phones during a storm. The Aquatics staff will monitor the weather and reopen the pool 30 minutes after the lightning or thunder stop.
